At the topping out ceremony, chief executive officer Apollo Bello Tanco said the Alira has achieved a 95% take-up rate and is a testament to strong market demand and investor confidence in the project.
“It reaffirms our commitment to delivering outstanding homes that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated project team, valued business partners, and supportive homeowners for making this achievement possible. We look forward to continuing our journey in providing novel and family-centric developments,” he said.

Moreover, its sustainability features include windmills that power water turbines for bio-filtration in its 4.41-acre lake. These systems ensure the water remains clean and contributes to the overall eco-friendly design of the project. Alira is also a GreenRE Silver development.
To facilitate homeownership, Avaland has introduced EASY Ownership Campaign across its AVA Prime series, including Alira Subang Jaya, Amika Residences, and Alora Residences @ Avenue25. This campaign offers prospective homeowners a range of benefits, making it easier to secure a home in these developments.
