Subang Jaya, 11th November 2024 – Avaland launched its Sanderling 2 project over the weekend. Building on the success of the fully taken-up Sanderling @ Lakefront, this final phase is part of the broader LakeFront Residence development in Cyberjaya and emphasizes community-centric living.
Sanderling 2 features two towers with a total of 606 freehold units, ranging from 958 to 1,711 square feet. In Cybersouth, Avaland will see the unveiling of landed homes within the masterplan, along with new commercial retail developments.
